I feel that Perez Hilton was wrong for bashing Miss California, he ask a question she gave him an answer. Just because it wasn't what he wanted to hear doesn't give him the right to bash her on national television I think that is childish. (See Story Below)

With no indication that the estranged couple — who married 28 years ago — had a prenup, Robyn Gibson, 53, is legally entitled in their divorce to half of everything the actor-director-producer earned from their marriage in 1980 to the date of their legal separation: A fortune estimated at close to $1 billion.
"This could easily be one of the biggest divorce settlements in Hollywood history," says Los Angeles family lawyer Lynn Soodik, who's not involved with the case. "Any attorney would advise her to take half."A $500 million settlement would dwarf the current record holders of

It appears that Natasha Richardson is indeed brain dead. Her Family has flown her to Lennox Hills hospital in New York City where her family has gathered around her to say goodbye.
Natasha Richardson is in critical condition after a ski accident. There are reports that she has suffered a traumatic brain injury. Her husband Liam Neeson has rushed to Canada to be with her. (Stay tuned for more details).
The Beverly Hills police department says the warrant is for $50,000 and it was issued in connection with her DUI case back in 2007, for which she is on probation. The police department would not specifically say why the want Lohan, but we think it has something to do with violating the terms of probation or either failing to attend her alcohol ed courses or failing a drug test. Whatever it is it's pretty serious, the police department ominously says, "It is our hope that Ms. Lohan will surrender herself so that this matter can be resolved in a timely manner."

Real House Wife Kelly Killoren Bensimon, 40, was arrested in Manhattan las week on a misdemeanor assault charge after 30 year old fiance Nicholas Stefanov told police she assaulted him. The couple who got engaged a couple of weeks ago, got into a heated argument that escalated and Kelly ended up punching him and gave him a black eye that started to bleed. Kelly ended up surrendering to the police two days after the fight and has to appear in court a month from now.
LOS ANGELES – Chris Brown has been charged with two felonies stemming from what a police detective describes as a brutal argument between the singer and his girlfriend, Rihanna, provoked by her discovery of a text message from another woman.
Brown is expected to be arraigned Thursday afternoon on charges of assault likely to cause great bodily injury and making criminal threats. The 19-year-old R&B singer remains free on $50,000 bail.
The felony complaint handed down in court Thursday morning identifies Brown's alleged victim only as "Robyn F." Rihanna's real name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty.
If convicted, the possible sentence ranges anywhere from probation to four years and eight months in state prison, said district attorney's spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons.
